A $50 late fee will be assessed if payment is more than 5 days late. See Terms & Conditions for other payment terms.

Your roommate MUST make their reservations within 15 days of your reservation. If not, your reservation will automatically be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will adjusted accordingly.

We will calculate your remaining balance evenly through June 2024. Within three (3) business days of booking, you will receive an invoice that will display your payment and due date.

Automatic payment is available at no additional charge.

Future payments will be charged according to the scheduled you see on your invoice.

All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
