AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • Future payments will automatically charged each month according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

  • When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. Here are a few travel insurance companies to review: Allianz, Travelex, and Travel Guard.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • A passport is needed to travel to Dubai. It must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

  • We recommend that all attendees flight arrives in Dubai  before 3PM on November 5, 2023.

  • You MUST purchase your flight to Dubai by September 1, 2023.

  • This information must be provided to K2Z Travel so we can arrange your airport transportation to the hotel.

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. 

Booking Terms & Policies

  • Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

  • All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • You MUST purchase your flight to Dubai by September 1, 2023.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to be locked in.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
