Your roommate(s) must make their booking within 15 days of you booking your trip. If not, your booking will automatically be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Future payments will be charged according to the scheduled you see on your invoice.

Monthly or Bi-weekly payments are required to keep your booking current.

Name changes are allowed with a $75 fee. Name change request must be emailed and requested 60 days before departure date.

We will calculate your remaining balance evenly through July 2024. Within three (3) business days of booking, you will receive an invoice that will display your payment and due date.

Please plan to arrive into Jamaica on 10/17/2024 by 2pm.

A passport is required to travel to Jamaica. Passport must be valid at least 6 months pass your departure date from Jamaica.

You MUST provide K2Z Travel with your Flight information by August 12, 2024.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

All payments to K2Z Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because K2Z Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
